Our S-1 Filing Update: The S-1 has been filed and we are in the process of responding to the second round of SEC comments we will update this section as soon as we have new information.

We have filed our 2nd, 3rd and 4th amendments to our S-1 as of Feburary 27, 2012. As soon as we have additonal information on our S-1 we will update this section.
